Since 1995, the Coalition for National Science Funding (CNSF) has sponsored an exhibition and reception each spring, showcasing research made possible by the National Science Foundation. Exhibit booths display a wide range of scientific research and education projects and university researchers and educators are on hand to describe their work to interested Members of Congress and their staffs. This event draws quite a number of Congressional staff, Members of Congress, and White House leaders each year. All exhibitors are sponsored by a CNSF member society, university, or corporation.
2010 CNSF Exhibition & Reception
The 16th Annual Coalition for National Science Funding (CNSF) Exhibition
and Reception on Capitol Hill entitled Building the Foundations of
Innovation: STEM Research and Education was held April 14, 2010.
The Exhibition highlighted 37 research and education projects made possible
through funding by the National Science Foundation and was attended by
Congressional staff, representatives from the scientific community and several
Members of Congress.
